Ho-ho-ho! And while outside lights shine in every street, shop windows sparkle with gifts and at home the air fills up with the scent of cinnamon and home-made biscuits, the last week before the holidays has just rolled in. Yay!
This year I’m totally ready for this festive season: most presents have already been wrapped, family and friends reunited, sledding afternoons booked on the calendar, Christmas parties all planned and bottles of Prosecco are ready to pop. Oh yes, let Christmas begin!
In the meantime, I might take some time off for myself – you know, getting ready for celebrations is a tough job. So in the next couple of evenings you can probably find me at home having a hot bath, deciding the first Christmas-party outfit and possibly writing down my 2018 good intentions. But most of all, I will probably be enjoying a good mani and eenie, meenie, minie, mo making my mind up on which of the four nail colours I’ve chosen for this holiday season to wear next.
